Construction & Innovation - The Construction and Innovation Group supports Kāinga Ora to grow its public and supported housing portfolio through the design and development of high quality homes that meet the needs of the community now and in the future, and by driving innovation across the construction sector.
The Team Leader Quality Assurance leads a team of Construction Assessors ensuring that robust audit / assurance procedures are developed, implemented and maintained around the construction of Kāinga Ora projects.
This role is accountable for ensuring Construction Assessors proactively undertake Homestar built assessments, and ensure a high quality of performance and work by Build Partners in order to meet C&I strategic objectives and delivery targets.
