About the Role

This is a great opportunity for a coordination whizz to join our Managed Services business. You’ll support the Director of Managed services with general executive assistant duties, and coordinate key project deliverables within the business.

This is a new role and you’ll love the challenge that presents.

Your day-to-day duties will include :

  • Highly efficient and confidential diary management on behalf of the Director
  • Tracking actions, projects and workflow progress to ensure deadlines are met in a timely manner
  • Understanding project plans and clearly articulating roles, goals, and timelines
  • Being proactive in organising your Director you’ve got his back and he’s got yours.
  • Capturing meeting minutes and agendas; and following-up meeting actions
  • Creating presentations using the Microsoft suite, as well as proof reading business critical documents and ensuring they are professionally worded and presented
  • Expense claim and travel management
  • Organising events, forums and key stakeholder interactions
  • Liaising with all parts of the Datacom business and the EA network to keep abreast of everything that is happening.
  • What you’ll bring :

    You will be an exceptionally professional person who has incredible communication skills - both written and verbal. You’re familiar with managing projects and can demonstrate a strong ability to work effectively in a very fast paced and continually changing environment and respond quickly and easily to changing demands, deadlines and priorities.

    You will have :

  • Phenomenal coordination skills and attention to detail so you can manage multiple tasks and prioritise without missing a beat.
  • Experience working with highly confidential information and can be extremely discrete
  • Strong influencing and persuasive ability
  • Excellent customer relationship building skills
  • Proven ability to network at senior levels
