We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Company Administrator to support the Secretariat team in providing comprehensive and effective company secretarial services for New Zealand entities in the CBA Group.

  • Key responsibilities include : Co-ordinating board meetings;Reviewing, collating and disseminating board papers;Preparing board and committee meeting agendas;
  • Maintaining files and registersBeing the primary Administrator for Secretariat systems, including GEMs and BoardPadMaintaining and developing the Secretariat websites.

  • The successful candidate will demonstrate the following capabilities and experience : Capabilities : Superior organisation, administration and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously;
  • Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy and written / verbal communication skills;Ability to deal with sensitive information with absolute confidentiality;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others at all levels.Experience : Relevant experience within a large organisation;
  • Experience as a legal secretary, legal executive or company secretary.This is a fantastic opportunity to build your admin experience within the Secretariat team of one of NZ's top employers.
