About the opportunity :

This is a rare opportunity to become a core member of a highly engaged and autonomous team On Farm Assets. Working closely with our farmers, supplying vats for milk storage, we engage closely with contractors and onsite teams, build the vats and arrange for them to be transferred out to farms for installation.

As the person responsible for facilitating and supporting the development and delivery of the team’s strategy, you will be trusted to operate at multiple levels within the team, from running workshop sessions, setting direction through to working on the detail of the improvements needed to deliver to our purpose.

You will have ample opportunity to project manage and support the team as you manage annual strategy.

About You :

We are looking for a passionate improvement professional, who is articulate but also able to simplify ideas and concepts and express them clearly to a range of individuals.

You will be at home in the spotlight, presenting or facilitating, but is also comfortable letting others take the lead while providing support in the background to win as a team.

While a background in project management or project coordination, and a proficiency in facilitation and technology are important, having the right people skills and attitude will be essential to your success.

You will be renowned as a good communicator who easily develops sounds relationships with your key stakeholders, whether they be in an office, at a workshop, or on a farm.

Skills and Experience :

  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification is preferred
  • Previous work experience in Project Management is desired
  • Capable in demonstrating delivery of past projects in full and on time
  • Proficient User of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to facilitate and demonstrate comfort in public speaking situations
