About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for allied health assistants who are interested in working as part of an inter-professional team.

This position will see you working in acute areas supporting our planned care delivery, such as elective surgeries including hip and knee replacements and other orthopaedic surgery.

You will be supporting a range of allied health professionals, including physiotherapists and occupational therapists to provide education, support and assist in the provision of equipment both pre and post-surgery.

There may also be an opportunity to contribute to group classes both pre and post surgery.

About you

As someone with strong interpersonal skills, you will have no trouble communicating and interacting with a diverse range of staff and patients.
