WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will report to the Field Services Manager and be part of a close-knit team of Service Coordinators and Field Technicians.

You will have the opportunity to work with clients of different sizes and to take ownership of a specific region, coordinating service work requests till completion.

You will be responsible for :

  • Liaising with our internal technicians, customers and external contractors in order to arrange installation and removal of hardware into fleets
  • Scheduling the workload for our technicians and sending work requests for overflow work to the contracted installer network
  • Stock Management
  • Preparing & shipping orders including items required for maintenance work
  • Invoicing hardware / parts used on a weekly basis
  • Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of service
  • ABOUT YOU

    If you have experience handling a high volume of requests and enjoy using your attention to detail and communication skills daily, this opportunity is for you.

    What will help you succeed in this role :

  • Previous experience in a service coordination or customer support role, managing a large volume of tickets and meeting SLA’s.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. You will need them for your interactions with external customers and internal teams coming to your desk!
  • Problem-solving skills and high attention to detail. Very useful when invoicing and maintaining our stock levels to avoid any unwelcome surprises
  • Ability to work unsupervised (no micromanagement here!) and handle a challenging workload in a fast-moving environment.
  • Your organisation skills will be tested

  • Agile and flexible thinking to adapt to an environment where processes are ever-evolving into better. Ideas for improvement are always welcome
  • Positive attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.) and any ticketing systems. Freshdesk is a plus
