We've got an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and driven Aftercare Coordinator to join our Development team. This role will combine a mix of home and office working our office locations can be flexible (Bristol, Basingstoke or Newbury), but there will be good flexibility.
The role :
As Aftercare Coordinator , you'll assist in providing a high quality after care management service from property handover through to the end of the defects period.
Reporting to the Development Aftercare and Quality Manager, you will :

You'll need to provide a first class customer service experience, a pragmatic and proactive approach and the ability to manage your own workload.
You'll also need to be able to demonstrate an understanding of property and repairs, and be willing to travel to sites as required.
