Our target markets are New Zealand and Australia so a strong command of spoken and written English is a must. This is a Fixed-Term position until the 18th of December.
You must be confident in : Strong phone presence and demonstrated resilience to be on the phone all day.Understanding a recruiter's needs and requirements through discovery calls.
Clarifying situations and always have your "straight line sale" in laser focus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening and presentation skills.Prioritising and multi-tasking effectively.Your responsibilities are : Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound activities (calling, emailing, direct messaging on social platforms)Understanding and relaying the benefits of our softwareCompleting detail on prospects in the CRMWorking closely with the FounderResearch accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned group.Assist with performing effective online demos to prospects when required.
For the right candidate, we are offering uncapped commission, on top of your hourly rate! The role is for a minimum of 20 hours a week, flexible during regular business hours of 8 : 30-5pm Monday to Friday.
