This role works across a range of teams in Melbourne, Sydney and Auckland and at times within the Asia Pacific region.The role : The Accounts Receivable and Office Coordinator is part of a six strong Finance / Admin team, all based in Auckland, reporting to the Finance Manager.

The Accounts Receivable and Office Coordinator is responsible for accounts receivable / debt collection and running Enghouse Interactive’s front-

desk by providing an efficient, timely and courteous service to external customers, visitors and employees.This role is hands on with a wide variety of tasks, including but not limited to : Accounts receivable / debt collection and resolving customer invoice queriesDistribution by email of monthly invoices to customersThe day-

to-day running of reception and general office administrationBooking travel and accommodation for employeesManaging office Health & Safety and building maintenanceEvents planning including Friday night drinks and nibbles set-

upRunning errands as and when required driver’s license and own vehicle essentialYou will have : A minimum of two years’ experience in a front desk / administrative positionStrong Microsoft skills, particularly MS Word, Excel and OutlookExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent planning and prioritizing skills with the ability to multi-
