Our Opportunity :

Within a newly defined team responsible for Loyalty & Lifecycle communications, this role will be supporting the Marketing Manager - Loyalty & Lifecycle.

You will be involved in the delivery of triggered nurture & retention journeys, lifecycle communications such as plan and contract changes, sponsorship campaigns as well as our Customer Care programme of work.

This is an award-winning team who have been recognised within the industry for their memorable campaigns and continued success.

The culture at Mercury is collaborative and innovative - you will be able to learn and mentor off an experienced and specialised digital marketing team as well as the wider Marketing resources who are keen to help you grow and develop.

In this role you will plan, produce and publish content and communications across digital channels to drive customer advocacy and deliver engaging experiences.

There is great variety in the role with key responsibilities including :

  • Support Mercury's Loyalty Programme and Lifecycle comms to reduce customer churn
  • Collaborate with online stakeholders and internal business areas to source and manage compelling Mercury or customer stories
  • Web content and production - maintain Mercury website pages and content
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to facilitate the effective use of our channels to deliver a great brand and customer experience that supports our retail goals
  • Support the execution of our campaign roadmap, with targeted digital marketing activity that promotes engagement and drives advocacy
  • Delivery of personalised content experiences through the application of marketing automation to customer lifecycle journeys
  • We are looking for :

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience with HTML / CSS, Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience with enterprise level CMS and using an email marketing platform such as Marketo
  • A confident communicator with a proven track record of delivering results
  • Outcomes focussed with a strong analytical, reporting and performance optimisation mindset
