We are currently seeking one experienced Coordinator for the Advisory Team. This is a shared position which includes coordinating the function of the Advisory Team and facilitating work conducted by trained members of the My Life Survey Team.
The Advisory Teams main role is to promote self-advocacy and to champion the rights of people supported by Spectrum Care.
Members of the Advisory Team and My Life Survey Team are supported to influence the quality of service delivery, through their voice, feedback and reporting, to ensure the organisation understands and is responsive to how service delivery, design and implementation impacts upon people we support.
The role consists of 20 hours per week to be worked over Monday to Wednesday (Monday 8 hours, Tuesday 8 hours and Wednesday 4 hours).

You will be working in a close knit team and your role will help shape the services Spectrum Care provides to the people we support.
