  • The IDEA Services Tauranga team have a fantastic opportunity for a current employee to join us as a Schedule Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our managers.

    About the role :

    As a Schedule Coordinator, you will work closely with a team of Service Managers who are collaborative and hardworking but have fun and enjoy the work we do.

    Your responsibilities will include :

    Liaising with Support Workers to fill rosters and manage short-notice sick leave requirements

  • Liaising with Support Workers to fill rosters and manage short-notice sick leave requirements
  • Supporting Service Managers with unplanned shift coverage when required
  • Maintaining up to date working schedules by managing planned shift changes
  • Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • This role requires you to be flexible with your availability throughout the week working the below rostered days :

  • Week 1 : Monday - Thursday, Saturday and Sunday
  • Week 2 : Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
  • NOTE : the hourly rate for this position is $21.98. This equates to an annual salary of $45,718 per annum.

    About you :

  • Previous administration experience (scheduling experience highly desired)
  • Confident with computer systems including Microsoft Office suite, with a proven track record of picking up new systems quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work within a high-pressure environment and to solve problems as they arise quickly
  • Ability to build positive professional relationships with others to achieve desired outcomes
