    Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role

    We are currently recruiting for an experienced Asset Manager to join our Christchurch based team. In this role you will be responsible for the overall management of an assigned asset portfolio in the region, ensuring physical and financial performance meets agreed targets and standards in order to protect and improve the overall quality of our assets.

    Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring

  • Proven knowledge in asset investment framework management
  • Relevant Asset Management or Valuation qualifications
  • Background in residential, facilities, assets management
  • Understanding of building consents and valuation process
  • Experience in undertaking assets options analysis and report writing
  • Ability to identify assets risks and resolve complex issues
