    There is no better time to join our People and Leadership team, we are shifting the way we work, building our People Strategy and workforce plans, delivering a new HRIS system and looking at ways to build our organisational capability.

    We are seeking a Remuneration Manager who can lead our remuneration function and respond to changing market trends. In this role you will offer solutions to ensure we optimise our remuneration and reward structure whilst also maintaining the integrity of our tenure-based framework.

    You will leverage salary benchmarking, provide job evaluations and develop reward and recognition programs suitable for our workforce.

    You will provide guidance to our Executive Leadership team, Finance, People and Leadership team, unions and other key stakeholders.

    You will have the ability to understand and interpret data, question and offer guidance around all things related to remuneration and rewards.

    Key requirements of the role include :

  • Strong remuneration experience at a senior level
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
  • Proven experience in leading annual pay reviews benchmarking and analysis
  • An understanding of the legislative framework relating to the provision of remuneration and benefits
  • You will be a resilient and engaging leader with an for eye for continuous improvement
  • Ability to develop collaborative and effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural practices in particular; knowledge of tikanga Māori, and Pacific peoples' culture
