Evaluate and prioritise client support cases while acting as the liaison between Dev team & clientsTrack and manage work recordsTo qualify for this fantastic opportunity you will haveComputer science qualification essential with 2+ years’ experience as an Application Support Engineer or similar roleSound knowledge of relational databases is important with a good understanding of Microsoft SQL ServerAble to write SQL scripts / queriesGood knowledge of Microsoft Office products Excel, OutlookExperience diagnosing problems with software products and web-based applicationsPrevious Help Desk experience in a software environmentAbility to work independently to troubleshoot, with the ability to perform root cause analysis, identify and isolate issuesAbility to work under pressureMotivated to learn new skills and technologiesA team player with good time-management skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal.
