Recruitment Coordinator

Te āhua o Te Tūrunga The nature of the position

We are looking for a star Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. The role is varied and no one day is the same. This role is a great fit for someone also looking to gain exposure to broader aspects of People and Culture as a portion of this role will be to work closely with the People and Culture Advisor and Senior Business Partner with recruitment requirements.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong planning, decision making and problem-solving ability
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships and collaborate with people across the organisation
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve problems with practical and positive solutions
  • Knowledge of JobVite would be an advantage
  • Experience in recruitment would be beneficial
  • A business management or HR tertiary qualification would be an asset
