We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.
Process Analysis & Change : Map business processes by working closely with the Project Manager, Coordinator and Change Analyst for the Enterprise Systems Project.
Co-ordinate activities, validate, document & model business processes, identify risks, business impacts & support business transition.
Risk Management : Take active part in project issue, identify, record & prioritise issues and risks, develop strategies to mitigate them.
Relationships : Elicit, analyse and communicate with relevant stakeholders and work as an effective liaision.
Communications & Documentation : Communicate & Provide updates to interested parties, prepare relevant reports / documentation, work with governance groups in support of project delivery for smooth transition.
Graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Computing
BABoK certification or similar. Good with MS Office suite and MS Projects software or related Project Management Software
Demonstrated 5+ years experience in supporting information systems / enterprise systems transitions & change.
Government experience in preferential, candidates with sound understanding of Maori culture & cultural empathy are some additional desired attributes.
