We have an exciting opportunity to appoint a Learning Design and Development Consultant on a fixed term contract within this specialist and passionate team.
What you will do
Working closely with the Learning Manager you will review and re-design bank-wide Induction, with an focus on creating an exceptional employee experience for those joining ASB or moving internally.
You will work on the full end to end delivery of creative learning solutions which will create an amazing onboarding experience - from initial consultation and needs analysis, through design and delivery, to implementation and evaluation - ensuring all learning interventions have measurable business impacts.
At times you will build these solutions yourself and at other times you may find yourself working with and coaching teams of learning professionals and subject matter experts to achieve the desired business outcomes.
What you will bring
You need to have a learner obsession, along with strong consultancy experience. Experience using learning technology along with agile and design thinking approaches will be highly regarded.
You will have the ability to design and implement engaging, creative learning experiences, using learning technology where appropriate, and to define the skills and experiences that those experiences are intended to develop.
Your stakeholder management, collaboration and communication skills must be second to none. You will be comfortable seamlessly moving between building eLearning solutions to the design of instructor-led or blended learning solutions, and you will have a comprehensive understanding of the theory and the application of learning principles.
Ideally you will also have experience building innovative induction programmes, as well as a working knowledge of Sharepoint and basic Learning Management System administration.
