    Digital Boost is a government-funded programme focused on supporting more small business owners to realise the benefits of digitalising their business including making greater use of digital tools and adopting digital processes.

    This pilot programme runs to June 2023 and is working with the private sector to trial innovative and collaborative ways of supporting and improving digital adoption in New Zealand small businesses (e.

    g. With this in mind, we now have an exciting fixed-term opportunity for a Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Advisor to support MBIE's Digital Boost programme until June 2023.

  • The successful candidate will provide communications and stakeholder engagement support in this small but hard-working programme team;
  • actively working with a diverse range of stakeholders from both central and local government, as well as key players in the digital and business sectors.

    We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-starting professional, with at least two years' relevant experience who can demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

    You will have experience in communications / stakeholder engagement and enjoy being part of a fast-changing and adaptive marketing campaign, engaging with multiple stakeholders.

    You'll be actively committed to developing and maintaining good relationships with colleagues and stakeholders from a diverse range of backgrounds, working in an open and collaborative manner.
