As a Relationship Manager you will be trusted to manage the existing high value clients, with business development becoming a key part of the role once your feet are under the desk with the existing.
Unlike similar roles of this ilk, this is a true relationship building role, therefore you will be given a company car and expected to go out and build true connections with clients in the old fashioned way! In doing so being their 1 point of contact for their lending needs and generating leads in the process.
Therefore gravitas, enthusiasm and the ability to provide solutions quickly are a must. You will be supported by a close-knit team of circa 20, meaning it is not an organisation that will have you feeling like a small cog in a big machine.
Quite the contrary, you will be one of a few key team members, so your chance to impact the NZ team will be significant.
