OCG are proud to be recruiting for one of the world's largest global banks. Whilst working at the high end of the New Zealand market they boast an international reach like no other.

As a Relationship Manager you will be trusted to manage the existing high value clients, with business development becoming a key part of the role once your feet are under the desk with the existing.

Unlike similar roles of this ilk, this is a true relationship building role, therefore you will be given a company car and expected to go out and build true connections with clients in the old fashioned way! In doing so being their 1 point of contact for their lending needs and generating leads in the process.

Therefore gravitas, enthusiasm and the ability to provide solutions quickly are a must. You will be supported by a close-knit team of circa 20, meaning it is not an organisation that will have you feeling like a small cog in a big machine.

Quite the contrary, you will be one of a few key team members, so your chance to impact the NZ team will be significant.

The role will suit those who are looking to forward their career - once you've proven yourself there are progression routes to Team Manager, Business Development Manager, Support Manager plus the unique opportunity to relocate to another team in almost any corner of the earth!

To be considered you ideally will have :

  • 3+ years Banking experience
  • Proven complex lending experience
  • Commercial Acumen
  • Strong Business Development skills
