The Role We have an exciting opportunity to join our amazing Customer Service team as a Customer Services Coordinator to service our Australian market.
Primarily you will be answering calls from internal and external customers and upholding relationships with our Australian based sales team and other suppliers.
Other responsibilities of this role include : · Receive and accurately process all orders and ensure all dispatch and delivery time frames are met · Provide an excellent customer service experience in all interactions · To handle any complaints, delivery issues and claims · Assisting with NZ Customer Service when required About You We are looking for an outgoing individual with excellent time management skills, is passionate about what they do and is a critical thinker.
