  • To be a successful applicant, you will :

  • Have proven experience in managing and building successful teams
  • Be competent with technology and can demonstrate experience of supporting new ways of working utilising technology
  • Demonstrated ability to work with changing environments and new ways of working
  • A confident team player with a positive, can-do attitude, able to manage competing demands and understands the balance between coordination and administration of your staff, budgets and services and the importance of being out in the community providing a person-centred holistic approach to service support in partnership with staff, the people we support and their families / whanau.
  • Reporting into the Area Manager, you will be responsible for providing appropriate day to day scheduling / rostering of staff, including planned and unplanned leave coverage within your area ensuring the delivery of service excellence.

    Hours will be based on the area coverage, and include 5 days across a 7 day week, On-call coverage will be required. See attached job description for a full outline of the role.
