As a key part of this journey an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital & Communications Lead to join our Marketing team based in our new Penrose office.

This role will see you leading key brand initiatives and implementation of tactical marketing campaigns with our chosen agency partner Culture and Theory, developing and managing the marketing communications calendar, as well as leading the overarching digital strategy for the business.

This role plays a key part in driving brand growth for our Pink®Batts® brand forward, as well as the new business entity we will become, that will enable us to become the experts in insulation and insulation systems.

We are looking for someone who has broad experience in the Digital Marketing space, who has been involved in brand and marketing campaigns, who can see the big picture but also execute at a tactical level.

As this role reports into the Marketing and Innovation Manger there will the opportunity to be exposed to a diverse range of skillsets, and involvement in key innovation projects.

You will demonstrate high levels of initiative, being able to assess and act upon industry trends as part of the broader marketing strategy.

  • Qualifications, Skills & Experience we are looking for include;
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing
  • Working knowledge of digital platforms
  • Intermediate computer literacy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication, ideally with experience in content creation
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a Marketing role.
