About the RoleReporting to the Talent & Leadership Lead, this newly created position will be pivotal in building our leadership capability.
You will play a consultative role in identifying opportunities to build capability through a blended learning approach and will contribute to the design of BNZ's leadership development framework.
About YouA seasoned Leadership development expert, you will have experience in designing, building and delivering successful Leadership Programmes for all levels of leadership.
You will need to be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and can translate your customers' needs into the delivery of programmes.
