This is an exciting opportunity to support the business to deliver commercial results through targeted Customer activations and communications.
Reporting to the NZ Marketing Manager, You will be someone who has a strong experience in reporting and analysing CRM KPIs, as well as the execution of CRM communications plans.
You will assist in bringing Nespresso stories to life through direct marketing, ensuring Nespresso is positioned as the ultimate coffee experience’ while delighting our Customers.
Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to : Manage CRM forecast model for New Zealand, in collaboration with the Australian CRM teamProvide forecasts across the Monthly Business Planning processAnalyse and identify trends in the customer active base (including e.
g. customer attrition, consumption, passivity, channel mixity) and propose corrective actions?Outline the customer targeting strategy, based on learnings from past campaigns / test and learn approachCreative development and production of eDM and DM, in collaboration with creative agency and mailhouse partnerReporting and forecasting New Zealand CRM KPIsIssue identification, ability to take course-corrective actions, and conduct ad-hoc business research analysisCRM campaign post analysis for New Zealand specific campaigns, product launches and / or promotionsManage end to end development, execution and monitoring of New Zealand specific campaigns.
To succeed in this role, candidates will need to have the following experience and skills : Minimum 5+ years in CRM or Direct MarketingUniversity Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject area including Marketing / Communications / Business / Commerce or related disciplineAbility to interpret large amounts of data from various data platforms and deliver conclusive and insightful trends, with solid experience in making recommendations to managementExperience in direct marketing and end to end management of direct marketing campaigns, segmentation analysis and optimisationStakeholder management in a matrix organisation.
