We have a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned, business savvy Senior Network Support Consultant to join our integrated ICT department on a 12-month fixed term contract to assist us on an exciting project, dabbling in the latest and greatest technology.

You will be a key contributor as you work collaboratively, providing knowledge and expertise for the implementation, administration, support and development of Network and / or Telecommunication services used by AUT.

With your experience in working within a large complex network environment, you will be involved in maintaining Level 3 Network Operations, liaising with stakeholders, maintaining documentation and involved with some project tasks.

You will also have the opportunity to mentor team members and there may also be some travel involved between our data centres and afterhours work, to support a high performing team leading the way in technology.

Your enthusiastic, professional 'can-do' attitude you will have experience in managing highly successful customer and key stakeholder with an ability to balance and manage diverse stakeholder interests will be key success factors.

You will have : 7 years' experience in networks maintaining large scale day to day operations, workloads and critical incidentsExperience working within a multi-disciplined level 3 team as a Subject Matter ExpertSound knowledge and experience in Cisco, Aruba and / or other networking platforms and management toolCommercial experience in organisation / technical change managementCoaching, mentoring and facilitation skills to grow and maintain staff development and skills capabilityExcellent communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and customers to achieve understanding and actionIf this sounds like you and love variety in the workplace, come join us!
