This role is an essential part of the team, who operate a highly effective, centralised and customer focused sales operation backbone, ensuring the successful growth of our customer base.
Core to the success of this team is the ability to drive ongoing change that enhances our customer experience and optimising our sales operational tools and processes to support the retention and growth of our customers.
The Role : This role will see you proactively leading and developing your high performing & agile team, supporting continuous learning, and developing their individual strengths.
You'll have a pragmatic, trusting leadership style that allows your team to flourish, while working together towards a shared goal.
This is a cross functional team that requires a leader able to manage multiple initiatives and functions concurrently while staying focused on the overarching plan.
Key functions within the team you will be accountable for include : Incentive programme design an implementationKnowledge and bid managementCustomer reporting consultancySalesforce Product Management & Prioritisation for Sales & MarkingData Quality and deployment of business process optimisationYou'll also play a key role with the development of business performance initiative measurements for the broader Sales & Marketing function.
You'll facilitate the annual business planning process and support Change & Prioritisation Forum members with development of quarterly business cases and work closely with the Head of Pricing and GM Sales to formalise Sales targets annually.
A bit about you : Industry background isn't important to us, in fact the more diverse the better, but you'll need a strong strategic sales management background, have solid experience with CRM and come with some established leadership skills.
Most importantly, you'll be passionate about doing the right things for our customers.You'll have an interest in working with data and can easily transform information to insights.
You'll be well connected and have highly-developed relationship management and interpersonal skills to negotiate and influence.
