the high voltage backbone that transmits electricity around the country 24 hours a day, seven days a week. About the team Our Environmental Policy and Planning Group (EPPG) is responsible for : Ensuring that all environmental approval are obtained for maintenance, upgrade and development work on New Zealand's National Grid network Ensuring internal staff, consultants and service providers are aware of, and able to meet, their environmental obligations Internal / external Stakeholder engagement with Councils, iwi, developers and customers Delivering Transpower's policy approach on environmental regulations, legislation and council planning documents About the opportunity We have a permanent opportunity for an experienced Team Coordinator, preferably with an Environmental Management degree or similar, to join the EPPG in Wellington.

As our Environmental Team Coordinator, you'll maintain our consent and compliance database and become a subject matter expert as we launch a new online digital platform to manage the receipt of, and response to, development proposals near National Grid assets (a workstream we call Corridor Land Use Management).

You'll interact with a diverse range of people, from internal customers to service providers, contractors, regulatory authorities and the public, to provide assistance in a timely and clear manner.

As our Coordinator you will : Manage and maintain the consents and compliance information management tool (ENVi) to ensure that our tracking, reporting and regulatory compliance obligations are achieved.

Administer the Corridor Land Use Management system and respond to development queries from third parties Provide comprehensive Corridor Land Use Management system and ENVi training and support to new users Set up and maintain dashboard reporting Maintain EPPG document management systems (SharePoint, Enviro-

Wiki) and update environmental content on Transpower's Intranet and external website Provide travel administration and contract management system support to the Environment team What attributes are we looking for?

user you will be required to travel occasionally to provide systems training.
