Auckland City, AucklandThe roleWe currently have a vacancy for a Functional Consultant in our Auckland Office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for using their exceptional service delivery skills in software implementation / consulting, and training.

They will be able to draw on a variety of prior experience with the following as highly desirable direct client engagement, related functional experience in Payroll, Human Resources / or benefits, and / or technical and subject matter knowledge.

Previous experience as a HRIS System Administrator or a chris21 or ichris user is preferred.ResponsibilitiesImplementing the Frontier Software suite of products on time and budget with the highest level of customer satisfactionParticipate as part of a project teamAssist in software query resolution and contribute to the ongoing development of the Frontier Software product suiteContribute to maintain the highest level of teamworkContribute individually and collectively to departmental KPIsExperience RequiredResults orientated with very good presentation skills both oral and writtenExtremely competent analytical, negotiation and communication skillsAble to think on your feet and provide solutions and recommendations to complex problemsAbility to lead staff / client training or requirements gathering sessions and workshopsIn-
