As a Senior Consultant in our Organisational Transformation team, you will be a key contributor to high quality project deliverables on a variety of client engagements, with support of your peers, Managers, Directors and Partners who will support your development with guidance and direction.

The broad nature of our client base means that you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a range of industries and to continue to learn every day, developing your core capabilities, which might include :

  • Your role will focus on utilising your skills and experience from an HR and talent development background to help create people strategies, research, analytics, and industry insights to help design and implement programmes that aims to maximise capability and performance for people.
  • Compile and analyse data through workshops, interviews, questionnaires and other methods to find insights and pain points that addresses client needs.
  • Play an active part in creating of talent development and people strategies, and taking it through to the design and implementation people and talent programmes.
  • Collaborate with the broader Human Capital and Consulting Practice to deliver change management, learning and development, organisation design and other Human Capital capabilities to ensure transformation initiatives are fit for purpose and exceed client expectations.
  • Manage users and stakeholder expectations, own change management issues and escalate as required to appropriate channels to ensure full user adoption and delivery commitments are met.
  • Connect with team members to share knowledge and develop new capabilities and competencies with respect to the latest industry trends and insights.
  • About you

  • 2 5 years’ experience in an HR / People / Talent Development role. Experience in a Consulting / Professional Services environment is highly advantageous.
  • Subject Matter Expertise in best practice Human Resources Business Processes and practices. This includes experience designing and delivering organisation operating models, change management, learning and development strategies and succession planning.
  • Strong quantitative and analysis skills, able to uncover the heart of problems, identify root causes and offer clear solutions in a constructive and logical sequence.
  • Sound interpersonal skills, able to gain the trust and confidence of those you collaborate with.
  • Fluent (close to native level) of English language skills is essential, both written and spoken, as is the ability to engage a range of users at all organisation levels.
