    We currently have a great opportunity available for a Communication Specialist to work in a supportive and collaborative team, providing strategic and operational communications.

    This role is based in the Wellington CBD.

    As a creative individual, you will demonstrate the organisational skills to be responsible for providing optimum customer service, sales, and training communications.

    This will be done by developing effective documents, content, processes, relationships, and strategies that work towards attainment of the overall division and organisation goals.

    About You

    We are looking for someone who is a confident communicator, a brilliant multitasker, tech savvy, and is adaptable to changing priorities.

    To be successful in the role you will display :

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, a strong work ethic and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Agile thinking and comfort working in both a structured and non-structured way.
  • Experience in creating, reporting, and delivering exceptional communication material for internal and external recipients.
  • Experience in coordinating and embedding communication plans into a workstream and offering analysis in outlining opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Technical skills sufficient to maintain and update digital files and websites in conjunction with marketing initiatives and personnel.
  • A qualification in communications, marketing or journalism would be beneficial if experience within a similar role cannot be demonstrated.
