As a Customer Care Advisor, you will support and promote client's financial goods and services and respond to customer inquires.

This role is a perfect opportunity for someone looking at Financial services and / or customer services as a career. This phone based team is part of a leading service environment who are looking for people who can connect with their customers, who are focused on the best possible customer experience and outcome.

Day to day you will :

  • Provide high quality customer service for one of Concentrix's premier clients
  • Solve customer challenges and advise solutions
  • Communicate effectively with customers, peers, support personnel, and management;
  • Achieve service, quality and action KPI’s
  • Accurately capture information from all customer interactions
  • Help to contribute to a high performing team, by being a high performing team player.
  • To be successful you will have :

  • An excellent command of the English language (oral and written)
  • Excellent listening and comprehension skills;
  • Clear speaking skills;
  • Good computer skills including navigation and typing;
  • A courteous, cheerful and vibrant demeanor;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • A good eye for detail;
  • Customer centric approach to working with others
  • The ability to work well under pressure.

  • Rotating Shifts Monday to Friday between 7 : 00am 9 : 00pm, Saturday & Sunday 8 : 00am - 6 : 00pm
  • Location of work Albany
  • 4 weeks paid training (you must be available full time for first two weeks 9-5pm)
  • Applicants must hold the rights to live and work in New Zealand.
