We're seeking a new team member to join our Wellington Administration team. One of our team has transferred within the business to a different role, so our search is on for a brilliant new administrator - could this be you?
To be successful in this role, you will be :
Passionate about providing amazing customer service, so we can continue to make our donors feel special from the moment they step in the door.
A natural communicator - you'll come across clearly and concisely, and understand the importance of building relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
A multi-tasking wizard who can pivot between tasks as required, and can cope with frequent interruptions.
Someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts between the hours of 6 : 45am and 7pm.
Occasional weekend / statutory holiday duties may also be required.
A little obsessive about attention to detail - accurate records management is an important aspect of the role.Our NZBS team has the sole responsibility for collecting, processing and distributing blood for transfusion in New Zealand.
