What will you do?As part of our Built Environment Unit, in this role you will be a key member of the delivery team as they design a wide range of vertical structures projects throughout New Zealand.
Encompassing a blend of BIM co-ordination, modelling and delivery, this role will see you bringing our clients’ ideas to life.
We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and, it’s the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart.
The main aspects of this role include : · Coordinating the modelling of structural design going in to large municipal projects such as hospitals, schools and recreational facilities, as well as commercial office buildings and industrial structures· Effectively setting up Revit models in BIM360 that will then be used by clients, architects and engineers· Model and deliver structures projects in Revit however experience of, or an interest in, programming further efficiencies in Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper or others would be highly advantageous· Co-ordinating with other disciplines by federating models, and provide basic level Revit training to drafters and engineers· Facilitate virtual and mixed reality sessions for co-ordination and consultation purposes, and be interested in the research and implementation of new BIM technology into project workWe know today’s complex challenges can only be solved through bringing together diverse teams of people from across our business, so there will be opportunities for you to apply your skills and creativity to projects in other geographies and markets.

Your previous experience and portfolio of work will evidence your suitability for this role. Prior experience of, or an interest in, coordinating remote resources here in New Zealand and overseas would give you a head start.
