Our Dargaville Branch is a fantastic platform for an experienced and successful Branch Manager to come in and continue taking the business forward.

As a Hands on people centered Manager, you will be recognised for career achievements in developing exceptional teams across sales and customer service.

Including a mix of people management, sales and marketing activities, managing customer relationships and operational responsibilities, your team will look to you for support and guidance, giving you the opportunity to influence and encourage change whilst you roll your sleeves up to pitch in when they need an extra pair of hands.

Captivating customers with your charismatic style you'll be well thought of in your community as an approachable figure head and someone who meets and exceeds expectations.

You'll bring to the table strong analytical / operational skills, an understanding of business drivers including P&L performance and be well versed at change management.

Compelling achievements in maintaining and building market share combined with exceptional customer relationships and strong people leadership skills will be imperative to your success, as is the ability to persevere in a highly competitive industry.


The foundations to this role will see you demonstrating the below skill set :

  • Not from the building / construction industry? Don't worry we are committed to investing in your development and will induct you into the industry
  • However, a non-negotiable for us is your proven ability to build strong relationships within the rural sector and lead the team by making strategic decisions using your strong commercial acumen
  • An understanding of Trade industries would be advantageous, as well as your understanding of how the Branch Operations work including functional areas of Logistics, Customer Services, Despatch and Sales
