We are currently recruiting a Field Servicing Technician for Wellington. The role will carry out quality service repairs directly to our customers at their residence or in the workshop.
So what do we need?
We need people who genuinely care about the customer experiences which keep our reputation great. As a Field Service Technician, you'll work with the Technicians across our network to make sure they can deliver high quality customer experience.
You'll be the "go-to" person for our less experienced Techs, making sure they've got the best support available to them and helping them to learn on the job, after all, that's the best way to pick things up.
You'll also support them in their visits to our customers, as well as helping out when required (it'd be a shame to let your experience go to waste by not getting stuck in yourself!)
You've got it all when it comes to appliance servicing. You're highly experienced, you know our products and you're great when it comes to showing others the ropes.
We'd be really impressed if you've got a Technical Trade Certificate and a good understanding of relevant trade legislation.
