The Role

As Specialist, Reporting Insights & Analytics you will be tasked withproviding specialist insights and analytics to help inform IAG’s Safety and Wellbeing (S&W) direction and support aligned to IAG S&W policies, procedures, frameworks and plans to IAG leaders and their teams.

The role ensures our people can perform at their best through ensuring a safe and inclusive place to work and works to significantly improve IAG’s S&W performance and culture.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Review and refine the reporting framework of core S&W insights needed by IAG to drive organisational performance and mitigate risk with a commercial mindset.
  • Develop and ensure implementation of key performance metrics reporting for the S&W team to deliver insightful and timely reporting that provides stakeholder visibility of safety and wellbeing performance, trends, and opportunities.
  • Identify potentially significant S&W risk / s and partner with stakeholders (the business and broader P&C) to develop and implement effective and sustainable risk management solutions
  • Perform future focused and predictive analysis to enable informed discussions and decision making
  • Contribute to reporting and insights for management and board papers
  • Identify opportunities to improve the way S&W insights are generated and conveyed, including the use of automation solutions and data visualisation tools.
  • Identify and support opportunities to improve the quality and management of S&W data, including maintaining standards and data integrity.
  • Skills & Experience :

    We are looking for an experienced business analyst preferably with workplace health and safety, human resources reporting experience within a corporate environment.

    You will have the ability to extract data from multiple systems and create consolidated reporting, analysis to enable holistic analysis and insights and for commentary for business decision making.

    Advanced Excel skills as well as experience using Power BI and Tableau. You will be highly organised with a strong attention to detail and your strong communication skills will enable you to build relationships across the business.
