    The Electronic Imaging Division has evolved beyond photocopiers to provide our clients with innovative technology solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness across their business operations.

    We provide opportunities for growth and advancement to keep you engaged. This pivotal position is critical for ensuring our Sales and Service teams are provided with adequate administrative support.

    Responsibilities include :

  • Answering and dispatching incoming calls
  • Providing general phone support to customers
  • Greeting customers at reception area
  • Logging repair calls and orders in database
  • Database management
  • Organising the delivery, relocation and pick up of products for customers
  • Other general office administrative duties
  • Other requirements :

  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Great relationship building skills
  • Qualifications, skills and experience required :

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • 2 years+ experience in an administrative role
  • Previous experience in a service environment desirable
  • Previous Database Management experience in Oracle desirable but not essential
  • To be successful in this role you'll be a great communicator, be efficient and focused, and be able to work within a face paced environment.
