About the opportunityWe are currently seeking a full time eCommerce Manager to join our team in this exciting and to manage this rapidly emerging channel.
The eCommerce team is dedicated to delivering sales growth of Unilever products and maximising brand communication opportunities through online grocery websites.
It sits within the Customer Development Structure and has strong links to Unilever CCD and marketing teams across ANZ.It is such an exciting time to join the business, as we look to build, share & execute the eCommerce Strategy with all stakeholders, upskill the Marketing and CD teams n their relevant areas and build the eCommerce profile and agenda in the NZ business by using this strategic channel to drive double digit growth.
JOB SUMMARYTo build & drive a local eCommerce strategy to drive turnover growth across the business, using global / regional & local insights and 6-P modelling for the channelTo operationalise and execute the local strategy with the support of the Customer Development & Marketing functions.
Driving E-commerce ETE Strategy development for UANZ to step change it’s contribution to Total ANZ TO and working with BUs to deliver the planDrive online performance through driving a Perfect Store Online strategy across all categories and building capability within the business to drive thisStep change our customer engagements through building a strategic partnership through collaboration with the customers & supporting key accounts to build ecommerce specific JBPsSupport & drive the Foodstuffs & WW business with delivery of activities across online platforms.
To work with the Search agency on optimising Unilever’s eCommerce opportunities, both organic & paid on retailer and outside (e.
g. Google).Lead the Design for Channel for eCommerce based on channel insights ie deep analytics to determine what is optimised product range by channel and work with BUs to deliverDrive the Test & Learn agenda for NZ to identify new opportunities, ensuring clear goals are set against key activities & knowledge shareMarketplace Customer Insights Deliver best in class in marketplace acquisition, engagement, conversion & service initiatives aligned to customer behavioural insights.
Use data & technology to evaluate the performance of our eCommerce efforts and demonstrate the value to customers, and internallyTo build local capability and understanding of the e-commerce shopper and how to win with the e-commerce shopperKEY REQUIREMENTSOperational knowledge of the eCommerce and / or Digital media channelCommercially astute and know how to creatively plan which digital levers to pull to drive growth & commercial outcomesFully operational knowledge of Ecommerce customer touchpoints (web, mobile, internet applications)Working knowledge on brand or marketing experience.
