Job Description

We are hiring EUC Desktop Support Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot and resolve all aspects of the end user computing infrastructure including end user device operating systems, end user device hardware, application delivery, client device provisioning, operating system upgrades and patches.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Re-imaging the laptops
  • Troubleshooting Network issues (LAN, Wi-Fi issues)
  • Managing IOS and Android devices like mobile phones and IPADS through Microsoft Intune
  • Management of Konica Minolta printers via YSOFT and troubleshooting printer issues
  • Timely and professional follow up on all calls, Quick identification, and control of high priority issues
  • O Mailbox, distribution list, and shared mailbox creations
  • Troubleshooting outlook issue
  • Troubleshooting Network, VPN, and Switches related issues
  • Performing Data Center tasks
  • Monitoring SCOM and Nagios alerts and resolving the issues
  • Working on Windows 10, 8, and 7 machines and troubleshooting the issues
  • Providing support for OneDrive, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams
  • Providing remote support through Phone and other tools like (RDP, Team Viewer, and Skype for Business)
  • IT Skills and Experience :

  • Hands-on experience to provide technical assistance to end-users and support to local IT systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills in Windows 10 Operating system
  • Knowledge of O applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams
  • Experience in using ticketing tool & resolve and respond to questions / requests / issues received via telephone, email, or ticketing tool meet defined SLA’s
  • Educational Qualification : Bachelors / Masters Degree from a recognized university
  • Experience in a similar role
