A new role in the Commercial Partnerships team, the Advisor Fleet, Operations and Delivery is responsible for :

  • Oversight of all fleet requirements (including developing, implementing and monitoring policy and strategy)
  • Fleet acquisition, optimisation and administration - and championing the move toward a sustainable fleet (a key focus area for Council)
  • Supporting the establishment and maintenance of the Council's contract register and contract planning and reporting tools
  • Acting as a key link between finance, property and Commercial Partnerships
  • Operational support & delivery to the Commercial Partnerships team.
  • If you're the right person for this role you'll have experience and knowledge either fleet and operations management, or in coordination or administration of procurement or contract management (or both!)

    You'll have a knack for planning and enjoy a structured approach, and have that special ability to read 'the Matrix' when it comes to analysing and presenting data.

    Our team, our internal customers and our external suppliers will love dealing with you, as a key contact point within the team
