    About the role :

    This role develops and implements stakeholder management plans and the execution of community consultations.

    A typical day might include :

  • Provide specialist consultation and community engagement advice and services including stakeholder management
  • Support the delivery of regional programmes and strategic initiatives with local communities
  • Identify common area of interest among stakeholders and proactively identify opportunity to address any issues
  • Identify and understand local community needs, interests, priorities and concerns.
  • Manage the implementation of communications and consultation projects from start to finish through the stages in the best practice process
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with local community stakeholder groups and elected members
  • Be proactive and innovative, identifying the most appropriate means by which to communicate and engage with stakeholders
  • About you :

    You will be bold, ambitious and looking for innovative ways to deliver. You will often correspond on behalf of AT, so you must be able to assess situations appropriately and communicate using a balance of facts and intuition.

    Your ability to use stakeholder feedback, trends and data to develop insights and driving future communications strategies in key!

    Role specific experience :

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in communications, consultation or engagement
  • Proven experience working in a role with a range of stakeholders
  • Experience leading projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Facilitation in a public forum
