As the Principal Architect Solutions, you will be working at an enterprise level and will drive continuous improvement of business-wide solution architecture delivery for Foodstuffs.

This role is the critical link between Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture, acting as a conduit to ensure that our solutions align to and deliver the vision and strategy for technology.

In addition to this, y ou will govern and approve as-built solutions ensuring that alignment and will monitor any exceptions to the overall vision.

About you

With the perfect mix between technical skills and ability to partner across the business - you’ll have a strong Enterprise and Senior Solution Architecture background that proves your ability to deliver solutions that are fit for purpose and ensure that business and IT stakeholder expectations are well supported.

Skills and experience you’ll need in this role include :

A bachelor’s degree (preferably honours) or 15 years equivalent proven industry experience,

Be exceptionally organised and have the ability to establish and maintain a high level of stakeholder trust and confidence,

Ideally a t least 7 years operating as a Enterprise and / or Senior Solution Architect,

Have exceptional analytical and conceptual skills, deliver and execute all initiatives in a timely and accurate manner,

Possess high-level communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders in IT, executives, and the wider business community, as well as outside technology vendors and solution specialists ,

Extensive experience and certification in a recognised architecture framework TOGAF 9.2, ITAC, IBM AD 2.0, CapGemini IAF or similar

Extensive experience with architecture modelling tools and repositories
