Due to continued growth, Datacom Connect are seeking a Training Facilitation Manager to join our Learning and Development team.

You will be responsible for leading a team of Training Facilitators, managing the delivery and implementation of all scheduled training, as well as partnering with key stakeholders to ensure that training activity aligns with and supports our business goals.

About the role :

  • Lead a team of highly skilled Training Facilitators
  • Collect and interpret data regarding training performance against expected business performance
  • Provide feedback to design teams on Training packages to ensure continuous improvement
  • Ensure training resources are adequately prepared to meet business performance expectations
  • Ensure all staff complete client mandated training
  • Liaise with the client and internal stakeholders to ensure training is completed on time and achieves business objectives
  • Manage and maintain relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with the development of learning strategies
  • Provide logistical support and cost management of training resources
  • Provide performance feedback
  • Conduct ongoing development of self and training facilitators
  • About you :

  • A high level of experience in an L&D role
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles
  • Experienced in facilitating training programmes
  • A solid understanding of Leadership Development
  • Knowledge of Quality Framework
  • Strong Business acumen
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience in Workshop Facilitation
  • Strong planning and execution skills
  • An Australian Citizen and able to pass a National Criminal History Check
