    This makes for a rewarding and fast-paced work environment. Our Wintel Engineers proactively manage and maintain our customer’s Windows server environment providing support services to maintain the availability and reliability of a customer's core infrastructure.

    The role is critical in ensuring our customers can look after their customers. In conjunction with the rest of the Technology Delivery Team the Wintel Engineer is responsible for the timely action of customer service requests within the agreed service level whilst maintaining accurate and timely updates to technical documentation and ticket notes.

    Do you have demonstrated significant experience in managing Windows environments? To be successful in this role you will need :

  • Solid core skills (i.e. hardware, AD, Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016, GPO & GPP, DNS, DHCP etc)
  • Exchange 2010 2016
  • Enterprise AV and web / mail filtering products (Trend and / or Forcepoint appreciated)
  • Minor project experience
  • Backup solutions
  • VMware / Hyper-V
  • There are multiple roles and for one of those we are also seeking experience in Enterprise Vault and SCCM. From an experience and qualifications perspective the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a solid history working in a similar environment, preferably in a managed services / outsourcing relationship.
