What you’ll do :

The Technical Business Analyst identifies, defines and develops solutions to business problems, resolves technical queries and assists in the production support.

The key responsibilities include meeting with key stakeholders to gather and analyse end customer requirements, analysing workflow to create process maps, use cases and isolate areas of potential improvement, developing functional documentation, user stories as required and solution design artefacts, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), preparing material and providing training to assist end users during / following implementation.

What are we looking for?

  • Tertiary qualifications in technology, project or business administration Degree of Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science
  • Experience in the development and management of team backlogs Managing Team Backlogs as part of Tech BA role
  • Experience in writing User stories, technical requirements
  • Over 5 years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Technical Analyst and / or Scrum Master (certifications preferred)
  • Familiar with security and compliance standards, preferably in the financial services sector
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and shifting quality left Excellent Understanding of SDLC, Agile with focus on quality
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent in strategic problem solving and planning
  • Strong ability to remove any blockers
  • Develop confidence with both, business and IT stakeholders using outcome-based engagement models
  • Effectively collaborate and communicate with the stakeholders and ensure internal client satisfaction
