As Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for between 10-20 Account Managers located across your allocated region, and their success will be in your hands.
Your previous experience in sales management and leading high performing sales teams, coupled with your trade industry knowledge will see you maximizing our trade sales growth and delivering real value to our account holders.
In this role you will have plenty of opportunity to leverage your strategic planning capabilities and shape the direction for your region.
Then you will lead that plan into action and results. Everything from developing relationship programmes, combating competitor activity, seizing new market opportunities, and setting KPIs for your team to achieve your area sales budget will be within your remit.
