Key responsibilities

  • Provide a professional, efficient and responsive service to our customers.
  • Meet the needs of customers and look for opportunities to exceed their expectations and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Build positive relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Pursue First Call Resolution by fully utilising product and process knowledge skills Use call control and service techniques to help & support our customers
  • Contribute to the overall continuous improvement of the Contact Centre by proactively making suggestions.
  • Effectively resolve customer enquiries through a multitude of platforms including over the phone, live chat, email and social media
  • What we are looking for :

  • At least 18 months experience in a fast-paced customer service role ideally in a first-line, contact centre environment
  • Exceptional phone skills and a passion for helping people over the phone
  • Solution focused with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and positive attitude
  • Flexible and resilient with the ability to cope under pressure
  • Comfortable using multiple company, supplier and technology systems
