What will your typical day look like? Your role as a Service Delivery Manager will assist in leading our Applications Managed Services Business for some of our most valued support accounts.
You will work closely with other members of the Application Managed Services Team who are located in both Wellington and Auckland as well as the wider Deloitte practice leaders of our Oracle, SAP, AWS, Salesforce, ServiceNow and Platform Engineering service areas to provide leading edge advice and assistance for Managed Services.
In this role responsibilities will include : Managing client relationships, overseeing support service delivery, leading the continuous improvement process for our customers and for our support service offering, account management, contract negotiation.
Working closely with our business development managers and delivery teams to sell and deliver our support services to our clients.

To be successful you will have established a foundation of professional support services and / or consulting experience and skills in the following areas : Business development / client management : · Strong client relationship and account management skills ·Demonstrable experience of having implemented productivity and customer satisfaction improvements· Identified new client needs· Strategic business acumen· Strong Interpersonal SkillsOperations : · A minimum of 3 years’ experience working within IT Service Management and an excellent understanding of ITIL Methodology· Experience working with a wide range of different sized organisations· Demonstrates a breadth and depth of operational service delivery management expertise · Ability to prioritise issues and work with a wide range of vendors both internal and external· Familiarity with a wide variety of service offerings and technology which may include SAP, Oracle, Amazon Web Services, Mulesoft, ServiceNow and Salesforce· Team Player· Experience with financials and invoicingCommercial management : ·Strong commercial and financial awareness, monitoring, co-ordination and budget ownership· Proven experience of contract and supplier management Next Steps Sound like the sort of role for you?
