We have an exciting opportunity for a Pricing Manager to join the team. You will be supporting the management of pricing for all BNZ Consumer products.

Together with managing the delivery of efficient pricing decisions to the customer facing network.About the role : You will be responsible in managing the BNZ Pricing Governance Framework across the Bank.

Provide enterprise wide leadership regarding the advertised rates pricing strategies across the bank. This includes : Support for various pricing models and calculators and the management of pricing changes across BNZ.

Support for business unit reporting including pricing governance committees on below the line pricing usage, trends and analytical insights to help drive discretion management decision making.

Support engagement on pricing discretion and advertised rates with key stakeholders across the business.Educate and lead across the organisation on best practice pricing behaviours leveraging analytical insights and market intelligence.

Provide support and facilitate pricing decisions through the BNZ Pricing Governance ProcessProvide insight and reporting on market trends, competitor behaviour and below the line pricing activity.

Communicate pricing decisions clearly and up-skill leaders in the business on how the pricing was determined.About you : You should have strong attention to detail, customer centric thinker, and passionate about delivering stunning product.

You will also bring : 2+ years experience in a Pricing or consumer banking related rolesStrong attention to detail and the ability to be able to manage complex tasks in tight timeframesAbility to leverage data driven insights to enhance pricing performance.

Demonstrated ability to communicate insights and influence key stakeholdersExperience within financial services, or other large institutions, in pricing or commercial analytics.

Demonstrated ability to anticipate market developments and create competitive advantage.Knowledge of 'best practice' continuous improvement methodologies and processes thinker with demonstrated ability to anticipate market developments and create competitive advantage.
